How to apply

Graduate students, Postdocs, and other scientists/engineers interested in the field of the workshop  should  fill up the Online registration form and should provide  a <pdf file> containing the following information:

–  Present position, place of work, and current research activities.
–  A list of graduate courses attended (if the applicant is a graduate student).
–  A list of publications and attending conferences(if any).

The application period for admission to the workshop is open from October 14th,  2019 until March 5th, 2020. The Organization Committe will select maximum 60  participants for attending the school, based on the above information.  

The workshop provides a limited number of grants*  that  cover participation and accommodation. Preference will be given to:  students without alternative financial support, and outstanding and highly motivated students.  Please, note that grants do not include travel costs neither meals.

Selected participants will be notified by the March 10th, 2020.

*Note that NATO support can be given for participants from NATO countries and also from the following NATO Partners: Afghanistan, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan , Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro Morocco, Pakistan, Serbia, Tajikistan, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan
